3. Rescheduling requests will only be considered if the customer contacts us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.
4. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the class will not be accommodated.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a fun and creative activity to do in the city and we came across Artisane. The space is lovely and inviting, scents in the air... Melanie was very friendly and made sure we enjoyed the process while learning as much as possible about healthy candles. Truly a gem!

Hi! Really enjoyed the experience but have a few suggestions. The event felt a little rushed (38 minutes) and could have been expanded to feel more like a full activity. People are coming into the city to do this in some cases so having it be longer will go a long way. My rec is: 1. Start with everyone coming in and getting seated. You intro yourself and walk through the process and who you are. 2. Each group gets up one at a time to smell and pick a base. (Before it felt confusing when the whole event started here!) 3. We go through the rest of the process like we did before. 4. Expand the game to 5 smells. Again small things but this way feels not rushed at the beginning and will also last 45 minutes or longer.
