About Your Host

Mélanie Rousselet is the founder of Artisane Candle Atelier and the creative voice behind Scent Trail, a poetic docu-series exploring the world through scent, memory, and emotion.

Originally from France and now based in New York City, Mélanie left a legal career to build something softer, wilder, and more sensory. Today, she leads immersive candle-making rituals for corporate teams, private clients, and cultural spaces across the globe.

Her dual path, through hands-on workshops and cinematic storytelling, honors her belief that scent is a portal: into self, into story, into place.

Through Artisane and Scent Trail, Mélanie continues to weave beauty and presence into the everyday, one candle, one encounter, one breath at a time.
