Customers are entitled to cancel their purchase within 48 hours after booking and receive a full refund.
After the initial 48-hour period, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
Rescheduling requests will only be considered if the customer contacts us at least 1 week before the scheduled class.

Hi! Really enjoyed the experience but have a few suggestions. The event felt a little rushed (38 minutes) and could have been expanded to feel more like a full activity. People are coming into the city to do this in some cases so having it be longer will go a long way. My rec is: 1. Start with everyone coming in and getting seated. You intro yourself and walk through the process and who you are. 2. Each group gets up one at a time to smell and pick a base. (Before it felt confusing when the whole event started here!) 3. We go through the rest of the process like we did before. 4. Expand the game to 5 smells. Again small things but this way feels not rushed at the beginning and will also last 45 minutes or longer.
